Specifications include, but are not limited to: This introductory year-long course introduces students to office and logistics management concepts in the areas of communication, decision-making, customer service, teamwork, leadership, and employee management. Areas of emphasis include planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating business organizations through the allocation and use of financial, human, and material resources. Instructional practices incorporate integration of diversity awareness including appreciation of all cultures and their important contributions to society. The appropriate use of technology is an integral part of this course. This course fulfills one of the Arts/Humanities/CTE credits required for high school graduation.
