Specifications include, but are not limited to: The program shall be aligned with the Nevada Academic Content Standards (NVACS) for Career and Technical Education as outlined in the scope and goals for Accounting & Finance. The program must be a comprehensive Accounting & Finance program aligned to the depth of the Common Core State Standards/Nevada Academic Content Standards. A comprehensive core program includes instructional and support materials, including manipulatives, needed to support all students ; All physical student edition textbooks shall have the option to be barcoded prior to being shipped to the Depository. Barcodes shall be 14 digits long using generic code 39 zymology in a sequence to be provided by the District. Barcode labels shall be affixed to the inside back cover of each textbook and shall be of an indelible polythermal quality or covered by a polythermal protector. Delivery Requirements: After receipt of purchase order, the Supplier shall make delivery within 30 calendar days to Mountain State Schoolbook Depository. If the Respondent is unable to comply with this requirement, it shall state its best delivery time for the District’s consideration. Curricular and instructional materials include student-facing and teacher-facing materials and resources with digital or online formats compatible with Google Suite for Education. Curricular and instructional materials support integration with Canvas by Instructure, the District’s Learning Management System (LMS). Curricular and instructional materials, in part or in whole, are in editable formats including but not exclusive to Google Docs and Microsoft Word or are customizable within the platform for the purposes of tailoring assessments on an as-needed basis. Respondents shall have the ability to configure a nightly (or more frequent) transfer of student data. For digital or online assessments, assessment systems shall have the capability to automate the transfer of student assessment data. If this cannot be done via direct connection, assessment data can be readily imported in at least one of the following file formats into Unify: csv (comma delimited) or tsv (tab-delimited).
