Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The State intends to make a noncompetitive purchase with Burleigh County Council on Aging, Inc. to provide nutrition services to individuals ages 60 and older throughout Burleigh, Emmons, Grant, Kidder, McLean, Mercer, Morton, and Oliver counties in the West Central area of North Dakota (excluding the Standing Rock Indian Reservation). Nutrition services shall include: Congregate meals provided in a group setting a minimum of three days per week. Home-delivered meals (which includes take-out, drive-by, grab and go’s, etc.) provided a minimum of five days per week. Nutrition education. Referrals for nutrition counseling for identified high-risk nutrition individuals in the annual assessment process. Referrals to connect individuals to other social and supportive services.
