Specifications include, but are not limited to: North Dakota State University (NDSU) wishes to solicit proposals from Companies for the purpose of developing a licensed (franchise) agreement with licensed branded concept for chicken, whereas the awarded vendor would own and operate the restaurant within the rented area of the NDSU Memorial Union Food Court. The successful bidder shall have the right to install and operate interior signs approved by designated NDSU personnel. Exterior signs will not be permitted. The successful bidder shall at all times maintain on duty an adequate staff of employees to provide efficient, prompt and courteous service. It is the responsibility of the successful bidder to ensure that employees are at all times properly identified and in neat and clean uniforms.
