This bid request is being repeated, as the previous solicitation #23KP14 was cancelled due to the fact a contract was not completed with the apparent low bidder. This bid has been edited to eliminate any alternates, so it will be the demolition only with no added improvements. The awarded contractor will be the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the specifications and requirements of the bidding documents. Project plans are available in the document section. Work includes demolition of an existing (approximately) 60,000 sq. ft., single story school, and minimal site work indicated in the Contract Documents.
