Specifications include, but are not limited to: Three (3) Statewide On-Call Agreements, anticipated to have a maximum value of $800,000, $600,000 and $400,000, each over a four-year term, are needed for on-call Construction Material Testing and Inspection services of various transportation projects located throughout the State. Individuals are needed to supplement the Department’s field staff on single or multiple construction projects. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to performing standard project inspection and testing of field and plant concrete, precast/prestressed concrete, soil and aggregate, and hot mix asphalt. Consultants submitting a Letter of Interest will be assessed on their capability to perform the above-mentioned services, staffing with Northeast Transportation Training & Certification Program (NETTCP) training certifications, access to an accredited laboratory and availability to respond to on-call assignments. Pre-qualified firms will be invited to submit a bid.
