Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Structural and Architectural – repair, replacement, or expansion of structures including: concrete, steel/metal, carpentry, masonry, roofing, doors/windows, protective coatings, demolition,etc. 2. Mechanical – repair, replacement, or expansion of plumbing, process piping, HVAC systems, and wastewater facility equipment including bar screens, conveyors, washer-compactors, sludge/scum collectors, pumps, gates/valves, flow meters, heat exchangers, blowers, compressors, boilers, generators, mixers, chemical feed systems, belt presses, centrifuges, odor control systems, aerators, etc. 3. Electrical – repair, replacement, or expansion of high voltage and low voltage systems including transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, starters, motors, AFDs/VFDs, soft-starts, controls (PLC and SCADA work by others), motor control cabinets, lighting and power panels, conduit/wiring/duct-banks, building/yard lighting, bridge cranes, etc. 4. Site/Civil – earthwork, trenching, pavement, flatwork, modification or replacement of landscaping, fencing, yard piping, etc.
