Specifications include, but are not limited to: Crack Filling: a. Clean all cracks of dirt and debris. b. Fill cracks with a high performance hot rubberized sealant to reduce the spreading of cracks 2. Asphalt Seal Coating: a. Clean existing asphalt of dirt and debris b. Treat oil spills prior to sealing c. Seal coat asphalt entire lot with a heavy duty industrial asphalt emulsion seal coat material that meets ASTM D6690 industry standards d. Re-stripe to present layout which includes blue and white handicap markings, white lines, white hash marks, and where indicated paint red on curb indicating no parking. 3. All work to be completed outside of normal business hours of 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The parking lot is to be dry and accessible for use during business hours.
