Specifications include, but are not limited to: The North Beaver Creek Bridge 12086 is a 65 foot long structure on North Beaver Creek Road at MP 5.62. The bridge was constructed in 1960. The Project area extends along North Beaver Creek Road approximately 500 ft. east and west of the existing bridge and extends approximately 100 ft. north and south of the North Beaver Creek Road right-of way boundaries along this corridor. The actual limits of the Project Area will be verified with the determination of the API; Legalize the existing Right of Way (“R/W”). Replace the Existing structure with a single span structure. Provide Temporary access to the residences and State Park during construction. Environmental clearances addressing issues such as, but not limited to wetlands, Threatened and Endangered ("T&E") species, archaeology, and historic impacts. Any hazardous materials (“Hazmat”) needs are to be addressed, as well as any required Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (“DEQ”) permits. This Project has been coordinated with Agency staff in Region 2 and Lincoln County Public Works. TASK 1 PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION Consultant shall provide management and coordination of Services under this SOW for delivery of Tasks and Deliverables according to the agreed upon delivery schedule. TASK 2 SURVEY Consultant shall survey this Project for the areas as described in the Project Description section of this SOW unless otherwise noted in specific tasks. Deliverables are to be scheduled as per Task 1 Project Management. TASK 3 ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES Consultant shall complete necessary field and literature investigations to provide Lincoln County and Agency environmental documentation and permits required for completion of this Project. Consultant shall complete the following environmental investigations, documentation, and permits for this Project, unless marked as a CONTINGENCY, which Consultant shall complete only following Lincoln County and Consultant’s written agreement on cost and receipt of NTP from Lincoln County: 3.2 Archaeological Resources 3.3 Historic Resources 3.4 Hazardous Materials Services
