Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project consists of a general contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, subsistence, expertise and incidentals necessary for the Barrow 21 Singles Above Ground Upgrades project; The Contractor shall, except as otherwise specifically stated in applicable parts of these Contract Documents, provide and pay for labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment, facilities, and services necessary for proper execution, testing, and completion of the Work. a. Mobilization and Demobilization. b. Demolish all utiliducts and under-house plumbing and electrical from the house to the service barrel. c. Demo the existing control box and all associated conduit and wiring. d. Provide and install all new utiliducts from the house penetrations to the service barrel caps. Provide and install all new piping and devices from inside the house to the service barrels. e. Provide and install new weatherhead, riser, breaker panel, control panel, and all associated conduit and wiring. f. Disposal of all demolished materials. g. Coordination with Barrow Electric & Utility Co-Op Inc. operators. h. Quality Control. i. The bid includes Houses 4743, 5201, 5207, 5209, 5304, 5306, 5310, 5316, 5318 and 5324, all in Utqiaġvik.
