Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rental of a tree and brush cutting/mulching attachment mounted on a large standard excavator with operator. Attachment shall be capable of grinding up to a 18 inch diameter tree including stump to ground level and have the capability to mulch debris. Attachment shall be mounted on a large excavator with a minimum operating weight of 44,000 pounds. Total weight of attachment shall be a minimum of 3,500 pounds. Attachment shall also include a third boom with a material handler for additional reach and increased geometry. Material handler shall be capable of stacking material. Weight of cutting wheel shall be a minimum of 1,000 pounds and maximum cutting wheel speed shall be 550 rpm to limit debris throwing. Cutting swath shall be a minimum 52 inches. Reach from center of excavator to tip of cutter bar shall be a minimum of 38 feet. The hourly rental rate price shall include the excavator, tree cutting/mulching attachment, and operator. Rental of a track mulcher with operator. The mulcher shall be mounted on tracks and be capable of mulching downed material on level ground and steep slopes. Mulcher shall be able to mulch trees and vegetation up to 12 inches in diameter into a fine mulch. Rental of a whole tree chipper with operator. Whole tree chipper shall be self-feeding and be capable of chipping whole trees up to 24 inches in diameter into a fine mulch.
