Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) / Madisonville Community College desires to procure professional design services necessary for the renovation of the Technical Campus buildings. The Tech Campus is the oldest satellite campus of the Madisonville Community College without major renovation. The facilities on this campus are experiencing recent increases in classroom and lab utilization which necessitates major improvements in the facility to meet programmatic needs. This project is to upgrade mechanical systems, plumbing, lighting and electrical systems, window and door replacements, reroofing, and other similar building elements. Additionally, the finishes throughout the building are to be updated. With Adult Education, fire brigade and alternative school programs, the buildings continue to be a viable portion of the college operation while efficiency and safety is marginal.
