Specifications include, but are not limited to: Perform roof preventative maintenance, inspection, and repair services. In Oxford and Somerset Counties, project is located at 547 Main Street, Dixfield and 264 Canaan Road, Skowhegan. Provide all labor, equipment, and applicable tools to provide roof inspection services, preventative maintenance, and repair services for various buildings and roof types and other incidental work. The Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, supplies, facilities, permanent materials and temporary materials and services required to perform the Work including quality control, all required documentation at the conclusion of the project, warranting its work and performing all other work indicated in the Contract. x Roof Inspections are to be performed twice per year, once prior to May 15th, and once prior to October 31st. Bid either to inspect the roof with reimbursement at a per hour rate, or to inspect the roof at a lump sum price. Do not bid both. When bidding by the hour, provide an estimated quantity of hours and a per hour labor rate. x Roof Maintenance and Repairs: Provide an hourly Straight Time labor rate for the estimated number of hours provided. Straight Time is defined as Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding Holidays. x Roof Maintenance and Repairs: Provide an hourly Over Time labor rate for the estimated number of hours provided. Over Time is defined as hours outside of Straight Time and Holidays as defined in Appendix B. x Provide a Grand Total for each Location by adding the total costs of the Roof Inspections, the Straight Time Labor and the Over Time Labor.
