Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work will include site visits, completion of the environmental document (CE anticipated), permit applications, field studies, preparation of plans, specifications and estimates through Final PS&E, bidding assistance, and support during construction. The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of design and environmental through support during construction. The activities may include but are not limited to: Task 1 – Project Initiation and Gaps Analysis, Site Visit Task 2 – Environmental Document and Permitting; includes any necessary studies/field work Task 3 - Engineers Design Report Task 4 – PFAS Investigation and Mitigation Plan Task 5 – Preliminary Plans, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E) Task 6 – Final PS&E Task 6 – Bidding Assistance Task 7 – Construction Assistance Other tasks may include completion of environmental field studies for wetlands, fish and habit, 106 and updating and as built the ALP, topo survey.
