Specifications include, but are not limited to: The primary operation on Project No. 54-87 KA-6770-01 is Bridge Repair on Bridge 132 on Westbound US-54 over the Mitch Mitchell Floodway in Sedgwick County, Kansas. Closure Time Periods: The following Phases will be referred to throughout this section: Phase 1 – The right lane of WB US 54 will be closed along with the ramp from WB US 54 to SB I235. This phase will be permitted on weekdays and weekends. Phase 2 – The right lane and center lane of WB US 54 will be closed along with the ramp from WB US 54 to SB I-235. This phase will be permitted from 9:00 PM Friday night to 6:00 AM Monday morning in conjunction with Phase I traffic control. A single lane of traffic shall be carried through construction in the remaining lane. No work shall begin until 9:00 PM on Friday including setting up traffic control and all traffic control relating to the center lane being closed must be removed by 6:00 AM the following Monday morning. Phase 3 – The left lane of WB US 54 will be closed. This phase will be permitted on weekdays and weekends.
