Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office of Community Services (OCS), administratively attached to the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (DLIR), is soliciting proposals from qualified applicants to provide the employment and support services listed below for Federal Fiscal Year 2024. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to contract for specialized employment and support services that address the needs of newly arrived refugees, asylees, Cuban entrants, and foreign-national human trafficking victims prepare and assist them to settle in the community and to obtain and maintain gainful employment. Support services include promoting the health and well-being of refugees and other ORR-eligible populations and promoting academic performance and successful integration of ORR eligible children.
