Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide supplemental fish health inspection testing as well as supplemental disease and diagnostic testing on fish or other aquatic animal tissue samples in accordance with Utah's Fish Health Policy and as outlined by the American Fisheries Society, Fish Health Section, Standard Procedures for Aquatic Animal Health Inspections Blue Book and as is requested by the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources. Samples are to include, but not be limited to, fresh and fixed tissue, including but not limited to, blood, serum, organs, bacterial or viral swabs, bones and partial or entire carcass for necropsy. Testing may include, but not be limited to, any and all associated testing from Necropsy, Histopathology, Bacteriology, Virology, PCR, Parasitology, Pathology, Serology, Toxicology, and Mycoplasma culture. No laboratories meet the requirements of being AAVLD accredited and provide the required testing except WADDL.
