Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Equipment: Parts Picker is an elevated work platform that allows staff to safely be transported with the forks to access inventory off shelving at height (indoor use). This equipment will be used to replace a Komatsu MPF15. B. Motor: Electric Drive and Lift. C. Voltage: 24V or greater. D. Operating Heights: Shall be able to ascend to 240” or greater. E. Load Capacity: Shall have a load capacity of 2,800 lbs. or greater. F. Forks: Manufacturer’s standard fork. G. Lighting: Equipment shall include manufacturer’s standard compartment light and work lights. H. Fall Protection: Manufacturer’s standard fall protection system shall be included. I. Charger: Manufacturer’s standard charger shall be included. J. Side-gate Power Disconnect Switch: Manufacturer’s standard side-gate power disconnect switch shall be included. K. Standard Features: Manufacturer’s standard features shall be provided as well including but not limited to: reverse alarm, horn, keys, safety/emergency lighting, dashboard, controls, tires, keys (including spare), clear view mast with mesh, etc. L. Warranty: The warranty of the vehicle and its components shall be the manufacturer’s standard warranty or a period of one year, whichever is longer, against factory defects. The Contractor shall furnish a copy of the warranty for each component with the delivery. During the period of the warranty, the Contractor shall, without cost, provide all technical advice such as but not limited to equipment usage, service, repairs and identification of replacement parts, etc. M. Paint: Manufacturer’s standard. N. Manuals: Three (3) sets of operator manuals. Three (3) sets of hard copy, bound, service, repair and parts manuals.
