Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Helena is requesting a proposal from qualified consultants capable of developing a Sustainability Audit (Audit) for all municipal facilities and select properties and recommend a Sustainability Roadmap/CIP detailing a potential replacement schedule for facility assets. The expected deliverable includes a report detailing the analysis performed on select municipal facilities and properties. The analysis for each location may include energy and water use (including quantity used during peak demand), identification of water efficiency and conservation measures, energy efficiency and conservation measures (EEMs, ECMs), opportunities for electrification, installation of renewable energy and electric vehicle makeready, necessary electrical upgrades and transformer upgrades, projected cost analysis of each project, and a Sustainability Roadmap/CIP that recommends annual asset replacement based on these and other priorities to be discussed with the Awardee.
