Specifications include, but are not limited to: DLNR-Division of Forestry and Wildlife, Hawaii District requests quotation for Herbicide Sprayer Units; We need two (2) herbicide spraying unit that consists of: a tank (200 gal), an electric hose reel with a stand, 300 ft of ½” hose, a gas pump, an agitator inside the tank, and a high-pressure spray gun. Entire unit needs to be mounted to a footing or base that can be forklifted onto the bed of a full-sized pickup truck. The unit also needs to have at least four (4) tie down or securing points to fasten it to the vehicle it will be mounted to via straps or other mounting brackets. The hose needs to be of a thickness and durability that can withstand being exposed to rough terrain, specifically lava rocks. The holding tank should be secured to the unit so that it can handle a reasonable amount of off-road terrain without shifting when full. The unit should come complete with wiring to attach to vehicle battery for external power if needed. 1) External dimensions: • 42” wide • 98” long • 48” high 2) Tank There shall be a 200 gallon elliptical poly tank and have at least a three year unconditional warranty. The holding tank should be secured to the unit so that it can handle a reasonable amount of off-road terrain without shifting when full. 3) Hose reel The hose reel shall be electric rewind reel with a stand and hose roller guides. The reel shall come equipped with 300 ft of ½” 600 psi PVC hose that can withstand being exposed to rough terrain, specifically lava rocks.
