Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County is seeking proposals from laboratories qualified to perform drug testing services for criminal justice, juvenile justice, and treatment (juvenile and adult) programming. The Tenth Judicial District Court Services Department, Johnson County Department of Corrections, Johnson County District Attorney’s Office, and Johnson County Mental Health Center utilize drug testing as a part of probation/diversion requirements and treatment goals. Clients are primarily located in Johnson County, Kansas. The departments may choose to customize the drug testing services to meet specific needs; therefore, responding firms should structure their proposals as base level drug testing with optional services that could be provided.
