Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall have primary Pour and Bottle Rights to supply Beverages (see definition in section 4.0) to the MSU-N campus Food service and athletics facilities and to advertise Beverages in all MSU-N campus facilities. This does not prohibit MSU-N from bringing other beverage companies on campus for sampling for special events and does not apply to vending machines or other departments operations. This also does not prohibit MSU-N from bringing in Beverages or beverage companies that carry items that are not in competition with the items supplied by the Contactor, such as, water, coffee, alcoholic beverages, other nonalcoholic beverages, etc. Equipment. The Contractor will supply all equipment including coolers, fountain dispensers and beverage vending machines. All equipment must be new, state-of-the-art, and remain state-of-theart for the entire term of the contract. Updates to Equipment within the term of the contract will be determined by the University’s central designee based on need. The placement of this equipment will be mutually agreed between the Contractor and the University. The Contractor will be responsible for any repair, maintenance, loss, or damage to the equipment and for keeping the equipment in working condition at all times. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing the University with the following items free of charge when requested. The University reserves the right to increase the number of pieces of equipment at any time should an unforeseen demand warrant it.
