Specifications include, but are not limited to: Removing existing carpeting in select areas and replace with new ¼”underlayment and carpet tiles at the Municipal Building located at 10 Grandview Rd. 2.1 Contractor shall work with the Town to mitigate disruption to employees and the public. 2.2 Contractor shall remove existing carpet and prep work area with new ¼” underlayment and install new carpet tile (nrfselect.com/contrax II 15315 Gray Owl) or substantially similar per manufacturer’s recommendations. 2.3 The Contractor shall maintain a clean and safe job site. At the conclusion of the work, it will be the contractor’s responsibility to clean and remove all waste, rubbish and other debris created by the work and leave the work site in a manner acceptable to the Town of Bow’s representative. 2.4 The Contractor shall confine work area to the part of the site where repairs are necessary. Contractor shall provide the number of days that the project will take as well as willingness to work afterhours/weekends to minimize disruption. The Town understands that after hours work may require a premium fee, which shall be indicated in the bid as a separated cost for consideration.
