Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The bifurcated testing/screening process will include the following: 1. Pre-Condition of Employment written testing and evaluation with the following components: a. California Psychological Inventory (CPI) b. Pre-Condition of Employment Personal History Questionnaire (PHQ) c. State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory (STAXI) d. Integration of Testing and Background Data e. Disclosure Statement (Informed Consent) 2. Written summary report at the Pre-Condition of Employment stage, to include: a. Suitability rating for each applicant (CA Post Background Investigation’s Dimensions. b. Completion of applicant scheduling within three (3) weeks at the start of the evaluation process. c. The rating report will be submitted to DLE, also identifying any psychological attributes that should be carefully evaluated in the course of the background investigation. 3. Post-offer written testing and evaluation for the remaining applicant with the following components: a. Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI). b. Psychological History Questionnaire (Psy-Q) c. Supplemental Psy-Q d. Minnesota Multiphasic Inventory 2RF (MMPI-2RF) e. Disclosure Statement (Informed Consent) 4. Post-offer, in-person interviews of candidates, conducted at DLE. 5. A written narrative report at the post-offer stage, to include: a. “Qualified” or “Unqualified” rating for each applicant. b. Explanation of why the applicant is rated as “Qualified” or “Unqualified”. B. Service Provider/Vendor will provide copy of disclosure statement/release forms signed by applicants for DLE. C. All services must be performed in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, EEOC, and IACP rules and guidelines, as well as any other related Federal or State Laws.
