Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work to be done on this project includes furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to repair damaged asphalt pavements and placing new pavement markings at various container yards in Honolulu Harbor, Oahu on an “as-needed” basis. The work shall be accomplished in multiple repair work phases throughout the duration of the contract. 1. Installation of appropriate BMPs. 2. Removing and disposing of existing asphalt pavement and base course materials 3. Applying bituminous tack coat 4. Placing hot mix asphalt base (HMAB) course 5. Placing hot mix asphalt (HMA) pavement 6. Placing stone matrix asphalt (SMA) pavement 7. Placing triaxial geogrid 8. Placing aggregate base course 9. Placing pavement markings 10. Providing Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
