Specifications include, but are not limited to: Upgrade and integrate additional site electronic security to comprehensively monitor the site and all required related work. Provide all drawings, specifications, and verification related to solutions/design that focus on the replacement and upgrading of the current camera systems, UPS battery backup support, network switches, and related connections to cameras. The project also includes upgrading HVAC systems to accommodate increase in demand to maintain usable environments for upgrades where required. Install an enterprise level electronic access control system, i.e., Avigilon, LenelS2, or Genetec to manage all access-controlled doors and alarms on campus. The system should be configured to display alarms on a map, in the Central Operating Center (COC), and have seamless connectivity to cameras for operator. Install access control panels and power supplies in each building and connect to WYDC existing network infrastructure. These will be intelligent controllers populated with the necessary biometric reader and input/output modules to support the new alarms, biometric readers, and magnetic locks. Note: The existing doors and door frames would need to be repaired and or replaced prior to installing a biometric reader, door switch monitor, and magnetic lock.
