Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water, is soliciting proposals for a professional services contract for engineering services. The specific engineering services are outlined in this RFP and are to aid in the overall development planning of the proposed Sulliwood Subdivision, located on Johnson Road in the Fairbanks North Star Borough; Road centerlines must be designed (and later platted) to FNSB Local 2 or Minor Collector standards for alignment and profile. However, since road construction is not required by FNSB for this project, the use of the Pioneer Road-type construction standards for typical section (width, materials, etc.) is acceptable.
