Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide high-speed wide-area network connectivity between five office locations on a month-to-month basis until the end of the calendar year while negotiations are underway for a long-term contract. A tumkey solution to connect the five locations (Hilo Baseyard, Waimea Baseyard, Kona Baseyard, Ka'u Baseyard, and Waiakea Office Plaza) over a synchronous, full-duplex connection. Service provider (SP) to provide a switch or router at each location and will hand off to the DWS via Ethernet connections and is responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance (which include repairs, servicing, and troubleshooting) as well as providing all hardware/software equipment and upgrades. All equipment is maintained by and will remain property of SP.
