Specifications include, but are not limited to: 8.1 DEMOLITION: 8.1.1 Locate existing plumbing lines in areas to be renovated, hot and cold water, sanitary sewer). 8.1.2 Relocate negative pressure equipment from room 157 to new location, room 168. 8.1.3 Demo walls, millwork, sink and plumbing, as shown in corridor 150 on the demolition plan for the addition of sinks 1 and 2 in exam rooms 155 and 156. 8.1.4 Modify millwork at nurse station 150A. 8.1.5 Demo walls and shelving in file room 151 and move existing door per plan. 8.1.6 Demo walls, door and millwork in break room 166 and EDF in corridor 170 for the addition of sink 3. 8.2 RENOVATION: 8.2.1 Add new walls per plan in negative pressure room 168, exam room #1, 156, exam room #2, 155 and file room 151. All walls to underside of existing ceiling grid. Add new walls at lab 166 to 8’-0” above finish floor. Finish out to match existing. All walls to be painted corner to corner (color to match existing). 8.2.2 Add new stainless steel sink and millwork with laminate top in negative pressure room 168. 8.2.3 Add new corner cabinet with laminate top, (color to be selected by owner) and stainless steel sink in exam rooms 1 and 2. Refer to remodeled floor plan. 8.2.4 Connect all new plumbing to existing, as required by code. 8.2.5 Modify electrical and data outlets, as necessary. Verify locations with owner. 8.2.6 New floor at repaired areas to match existing VCT. 8.2.7 Field verify any modifications needed to sprinkler system, HVAC and lighting. 8.2.8 Contractor required to verify field conditions prior to construction.
