Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is accepting Proposals to furnish all labor, materials, insurance, equipment and supervision required for the replacement of existing HVAC system, including, but not limited to: replacement of AHUs and associated ductwork and piping in mechanical room, new roof air intake for AHU-1, electrical work associated with AHU replacement including controls, power, and mechanical room lighting, abatement and replacement of supply ductwork in mechanical chase and addition of new return ductwork mains, and options for add-alternates for replacement of HVAC, lights, and ceilings at floors 2-5, and add-alternate for a 3rd chilled water pump and controls.
