Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Offeror must be able to provide 10 Double Occupancy Rooms (a minimum of 20 beds) from August 6, 2023 - August 22, 2023 with the option to extend to September 1, 2023. The University reserves the right to modify this time period as needed. 2. All rooms must be classified as “non-smoking” and must provide two (2) beds (double occupancy). 3. EKU must be allowed two (2) day notice of cancellation and/or changes to room requests without penalty. 4. Offeror should propose a list of amenities offered on-site such as: a pool area, fitness center, game room, and the site’s operational hours. 5. Students must be afforded full access to facilities and amenities normally available to guests. a. Students shall be individually responsible for payment to the hotel for any incidental charges incurred for services such as room service, pay- per view movie rentals, and any other services beyond those covered in the rate. The University shall not be liable for these expenses under any circumstances. 6. Offeror should provide free local calls and wi-fi service with a minimum of 10Mbps upload and 5Mbps download bandwidth per bed. 7. Complimentary meeting/activity room for programs and meetings. 8. Offeror should be capable of providing free on-site laundry facilities/services available to students. 9. Internal hallway access to rooms will be highly considered. 10.10. Offeror must be able to provide 24/7 front desk availability.
