Business Requirements Account Management Strong daily client service model that is well versed with administrative complexities. Robust technology The ability to provide a user-friendly participant website and mobile app. The ability to provide in person & on-line education/webinars. A fully staffed participant call center. A plan sponsor website with robust report writing capabilities. Administration A robust and adaptable recordkeeping system with the ability to deal with plan complexities and maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our data. Outsourcing to the vendor The ability to outsource as many of the administrative functions of the plan as requested, which delivers high quality administration, especially pro-activity. The ability to offer additional a la carte services as needed. Communication Robust and proactive participant education campaigns. The ability to use LES’ logo and branding on participant communications, mailings, & the participant website. The ability to send targeted communications and mailings to participants. Legislative Proactive consulting with respect to changes in the law and trends in the marketplace. Investments Offer true open architecture platform without proprietary fund requirements. Technical Requirements Must be providing recordkeeping services to at least twenty (20) 401(k) Plans with at least 600 participants and $150 million in assets per plan. Must be providing recordkeeping services to at least ten (10) Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plans with at least 50 participants and $10 million in assets. Must have been providing similar 401(k) & Non-Qualified services for at least five (5) years. Must have at least 2.5 million participants on your recordkeeping platform. Contract Termination Requirements All LES data shall remain in the United States unless specific written permission is provided by LES.
