Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia Board of Medicine requests the bidding of vendors to establish agency purchase orders for approximately four (4) Court Reporters; COURT REPORTER/VENDOR must attend court and administrative hearing procedures for the West Virginia Board of Medicine, recording court proceedings as related to evidence, objections and rulings. Court reporter must create full records of hearing proceedings. COURT REPORTER/VENDOR shall document files with court exhibits and indexes; file notes taken in the hearing and preserves notes as required by law or legally designated period of time. Provides the Board with an original full size transcript and and a full size copy to the Board ;
