Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Perform all work necessary to coordinate project development, maintain the project schedule and budget, facilitate stakeholder engagement and strategic planning exercises, create final project deliverables, and manage the Team, starting with a kickoff meeting. 2) Buy-in and support from, and engagement of, key stakeholders 3) Human Services Strategic Plan development, including drafting all content and final deliverables. The structure and content of the final plan may vary according to consultant recommendation and best practices, but should include at least the following key elements: a. Urbandale Human Services Vision, Mission, Goals, and Values b. Plan Background and Content – Forward, Environmental Scan, Community Needs Assessment, and Call to Action c. Identification of Key Stakeholders and Decision-Making Process – Overview of stakeholder groups, engagement activities, and process for the development of strategic priorities. d. Strategic Priorities – Developed through stakeholder engagement process. Each strategic priority should include a description, key actions with consideration to equity and inclusion, measurable outcomes/evaluation metrics, and identify responsible parties. e. Implementation plan- Define success, provide outline for implementation next steps, describe procedures and timeline for plan updates.
