Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendors are invited to bid unit prices on a term agreement for Workstation Refurbished Furniture Parts to be furnished and delivered to City Wide Agencies in Marion County, IN. 24.1. City is seeking to purchase lightly used or refurbished to "look new" workstation cubicle furniture. Materials must be free of defects. Manufacturer shall have inspected the materials and cleaned them. Furniture materials must meet local, state, and federal codes and regulations. 24.2. Survey and field measure building and build out conditions to ensure furniture can be installed as indicated. Typical may need revised in some locations to suit building conditions. This includes but is not limited to the following: all wall, column and door locations; light switches; thermostats; fire extinguishers; ceiling heights; sprinkler heads; light fixtures. Floor core and all power locations and requirements will be asked to be provided to City. 24.3. Work with City to select appropriate finishes prior to order. 24.4. Provide detailed furniture and installation plan and coordinate electrical locations. Review plan with City prior to order.
