Specifications include, but are not limited to: Clackamas County (“County”) through its Board of County Commissioners is accepting sealed bids for the Clackamas County Fair Grounds Multiuse Building Project; Concrete Floor Finishes [Conc-2]: Honed and sealed concrete floors for Lobby and Galleries; Masonry Veneer: Concrete masonry veneer at base of metal building as indicated; Unit Skylights: Code required insulated unit skylights, on integral curbs, as indicated on the Roof Plan; 1. The Contractor shall apply and pay for all necessary permits to perform the work associated with or described in this BID, unless otherwise noted. performance and payment bonds which shall be a required part of the Contract. 2. It is understood that work to be performed by the Contractor is based upon the specified structure or land in the existing location and condition, and that Clackamas County assumes no responsibility and makes no guarantee or representation as to the condition thereof prior to, or subsequent to, the execution of the contract. 3. Work hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm. Specific times and access points will be discussed and approved at the pre-con meeting.
