Specifications include, but are not limited to: The furnishing and delivering of bulk unleaded premium (UP92), unleaded regular (UR87), ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD), ultra-low sulfur diesel dyed (ULSD Dyed), B20 Biodiesel and other fuel as ordered by the various agencies on Oahu, Maui, and Hawaii; The offeror shall provide UR87 (with or without 10% Ethanol Blend, 87 Octane rating), UP92 (with or without 10% Ethanol Blend 92 Octane rating), and ULSD On & Off-Highway (Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel); and B20 Biodiesel. Delivery of Gasoline, Diesel Fuel, and B20 Biodiesel to the various agencies of the State and Counties shall be coordinated by the Contractor with each agency’s delivery location. The agency shall notify the Contractor, with a minimum of a twenty-four (24) hour notice, to schedule a bulk gas delivery. A shorter lead time must be agreed upon by both parties. Another alternative is for the Contractor to coordinate a delivery schedule with each user agency that specifies the day and time that is agreed upon by both parties.
