Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Kenton County Airport Board (the “Board”), owner and operator of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (the “Airport”, or “CVG”), through this Request for Proposal (RFP) process is inviting written proposals from all qualified and responsible proposers (“Proposer(s)”) desiring to manage and operate, at the Proposer’s sole cost and expense, a high-quality and first-in-class On-Demand Taxi Services (“Service”) at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (the “Airport”). The Board is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to all taxi associations/companies interested in demonstrating that they possess the industry expertise and financial strength to manage and operate On-Demand Taxi Services at the Airport.
