Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Rhode Island Executive Office of Health and Human Services is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct a robust planning effort resulting in stronger alignment between developmental supports and services for children with developmental delays, challenges, and disabilities ages birth through kindergarten entry, including Early Intervention, Early Childhood Special Education, the RI KIDS CONNECT program, and other related services. This work will involve a System Review including a landscape analysis and robust stakeholder engagement to inform the creation of an Implementation Plan which will serve as a clear roadmap to actualize the vision. The selected vendor will produce a comprehensive report with recommendations based on research to improve programming for children with developmental delays, challenges, and disabilities.
