Specifications include, but are not limited to: Attend an implementation meeting with the Department and the Contractor's representatives, within five (5) business days after the Contract is effective to review the Contract requirements and timelines. Expenses related to attending this meeting are the responsibility of the Contractor. Notify the Department of any change in Contract administration staff, medical staff, and clinical review staff. A statement of qualifications including resumes is required for all key employees who are working on the Contract. Key employees include but are not limited to: Medical Director(s), Contract Administrator, Case Managers and Nurse Reviewers. The Contractor must: For anticipated changes, notify the Department ten (10) or more business days prior to the change, or as soon as possible. For unanticipated changes, notify the Department as soon as possible, but no later than two (2) business days after the Contractor becomes aware of the change. Provide training related to review requests and External Quality Review (EQR) processes to Department staff and Medicaid providers as requested by the Department. Provide the Department with templates, forms, communications and training materials to be utilized for review and approval by the Department prior to utilization. Be responsible for services and costs associated with publication, distribution and duplication of any forms and training, communications or informational materials for use under the Contract. Designate a Contract Administrator to be responsible for Contract acceptance, amendments, and oversight. Designate a Contract Manager who will be the primary contact for the Department, and who will cooperate fully with respect to the direction and performance of the Contract. Participate in conferences with the Department as stated below: Monthly Status - Participate in periodic telephonic operational status conferences with the Department to discuss operational issues, individual case status, treatment recommendations, service responsibilities, and other issues. The Contractor is responsible for the documentation and retention of meeting agendas, minutes and action items for all meetings. Meeting deliverables must be sent to the Department within five (5) business days of the meeting date unless an alternative due date has been mutually agreed upon.
