Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. We already use DAIDA- Imagetek. The Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses (DOPL) is a consolidation of 11 former boards and commissions as of July 1, 2021. As part of the consolidation, DOPL received an invoice from Imagetek for monthly document storage from one of the former agencies. Upon research into the contract for the services, it has been discovered that the contract expired in July of 2019. Due to the consolidation of the eleven agencies into one, DOPL is currently working with 11 licensing systems, numerous databases and has a current network consolidation project for the Division. We are asking for a one-year contract for the services with Imagetek t o retain DOPL/Engineering data and giving DOPL time to find other options for data storage for the Division as a whole. Imagetek has changed its name to DAIDA.
