Contractorshallremove existing pump andshallinstall new 5 HP heating water pump.G. Contractorshallrework obstructive sections of existing heating and chilled water piping to allowproper access to the equipment.H. Contractorshalladd a primary heating water pump andshallconvert pumping system to avariable flow system.I.Contractorshalladd an outside air temperature sensor to allow for heating water temperaturesetback for energy conservation.
