Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Project management services, coordination, and meetings • Project scheduling • Quality Control/Quality Assurance • Traffic studies and modeling, Change Control Access Report (CCAR) • Value Engineering, Cost Risk Analysis, Benefit/Cost analysis, Constructability Reviews, Production Based Estimating, and Maintainability Reviews • Environmental studies and services to support NEPA approval and EA • Subsurface Utility Explorations (SUE) and utility coordination • Surveying and aerial mapping to supplement existing as warranted • Public and stakeholder relations and outreach • Right-of-way research and support • Landscape architecture services • Preparing preliminary design plans including all pertinent disciplines • Project Delivery Selection Approach (PDSA) support services • Document management • Discretionary grant writing and submittal support, and all grant activity support • Provide any other tasks, engineering, procurements, processes, and/or other required services related to any part of the Project design and NEPA process
