Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will provide parts and service County’s Cessna aircraft including, but not limited to, the following models: • (2) 2021 Cessna 208 fixed-wing, Tail Nos: 671AZ and 672AZ • (1) 1977 Cessna 310 fixed-wing, Tail No. N3694G Parts. Contractor will only provide FAA/PMA (Parts Manufacture Approved) and/or OEM approved parts. Parts include, but are not limited to, those listed in Exhibit A – Unit Prices. Parts identified as “NS” are no-substitute items which may not be replaced by an equivalent item without County approval. County may add related parts or services to this agreement as needed. All parts purchased under this agreement are subject to the terms herein. Service. Contractor may be requested to perform services including, but not limited to, parts customization and installation, cosmetic repairs or modifications and painting service on an as-needed basis. Warranty. Contractor will warrant all parts and service against defects materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of acceptance by County. All costs for warranty repairs, replacements, shipping, and incidentals are solely at the Contractor’s expense. County may pay overnight shipping costs if approved by the County’s Air Unit Supervisor. County and Contractor will coordinate the appropriate transportation method for warranty items.
