Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The successful Offeror shall partner with KCTCS to provide high quality, professional guidance and information regarding the design, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of supplemental employee benefits and insurance programs. • The successful Offeror shall work with KCTCS leadership and administration in the design and administration of all supplemental group and individual insurance and benefit plans offered through payroll deduction. • The successful Offeror shall provide plans and opportunities that are fully compliant with all IRS requirements and customized to fit the needs of KCTCS. • The successful Offeror shall ensure that all plan policies and procedures comply with current and future legislative and regulatory requirements. • The successful Offeror shall assist in the evaluation of responses to public notices for all supplemental employee group benefit and individual insurance products including coverage, claim payment procedures, customer service, embedded wellness benefits in available plans, portability and conversion options, networks, and financial solvency.
