Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove a 6’ wide corridor of overgrown vegetation, to the extent possible, around the entire perimeter of the PHBH property starting from PHBH’s property line toward the PHBH structures. a. No tree removal. b. Properly dispose of all trash at a green recycler. 2. Install a 8-foot-high barrier around the PHBH as noted on Attachment A. Requirements as follows: a. Installation Requirements per Attachment B with exceptions noted. b. DLNR is processing a County of Hawaii Building Permit for the fence. i. Permit payment and pick up by the contractor. 3. Install a 5’H X 10’W, 9 gauge, chain-link fence, swing double gate on rollers, along the Banyan Drive entrance to the property with provision for padlocking. 4. Install 10-metal signs on the barrier where specified by Land Division a. 18”X24”, painted aluminum, see Attachment C. 5. A notice to proceed with be issued within 60 days of award of contract. 6. Warranty and additional services a. 1 year labor and materials b. 6 call backs for repairs of up to 10 linear feet of barrier per visit. 7. Monthly progress payments will be allowed, final payment upon acceptance by the State of Hawaii.
