Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will be responsible for reviewing site conditions and developing the most suitable design of repair and renovations. Deliverables should include, but are not limited to an initial report of site utility conditions, analysis of existing electrical and HVAC loads and distribution, and recommendations and priorities of MEP systems requiring renovation. The MEP and interior renovation design must be in accordance with applicable current building codes and UNT design and preparation of construction guidelines. Deliverables must also include the preparation of construction documents and specifications for construction manager at risk delivery method, preconstruction coordination with CMAR preconstruction team, review of shop drawings, sub-contractor submittal review and preparation of asbuilt documents.
