Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH), and Division for the Visually Impaired (DVI) are requesting proposals for vocational rehabilitation training services for individuals with disabilities leading towards employment. General elements applicable to all vocational rehabilitation services: - Vendor shall use methods and practices that are in accordance with professional standards in the industry and with the standards of the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. - Vendor will collect program performance data, including outcome measures, and shall conduct consumer satisfaction surveys. Vendor will share program information and consumer satisfaction information with stakeholders annually. - Vendor will use qualified personnel to provide services who meet appropriate certification and professional standards.
