Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Division of Injury and Violence Prevention is seeking a trainer to conduct the Green Dot Curriculum. The Green Dot Curriculum is a comprehensive approach to violence prevention that capitalizes on the power of peer and cultural influence across all levels of the socio-ecological model. The Green Dot Curriculum training includes two parts. Part One: Green Dot Overview consists of five core components, which include inspiration, shared vision, individual acceptance, simplicity and critical mass. Part Two: Green Dot Bystander Training consists of four modules which include “An Introduction to Green Dot”, “Recognizing Red Dots”, “Identifying Barriers and Reactive Green Dots” and “Proactive Green Dots.” We are seeking a Green Dot Curriculum Trainer to provide the following: Provide Green Dot Curriculum training which includes Part One and Part Two. Provide Green Dot Curriculum training materials for 75 participants. Provide a non-exclusive, fee-free, revocable license agreement to use vendor trademarks. Also, provide a non-exclusive, revocable license to use vendor copyrighted materials.
