Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of El Paso is seeking Bids from qualified Vendors to furnish and installinsulation in the supply and return air handler units, and the fresh air intake chamber ontwelve floors of the El Paso County Detention Facility located at 601 E. Overland, ElPaso, Texas. Please note that this project is for installation only the old insulation hasalready been removed and disposed of. The Vendor will be required to coordinate itswork with the El Paso County Facilities Manager. The building will be occupied andVendor shall make considerable effort to ensure that disruption to County operations iskept to a minimum. The work may be performed at night and/or on weekends ifnecessary to minimize disruption to jail operations.
